Returns Policy
Non-Bullion Items

You are entitled to return any non-bullion item purchased from us within 14 days of the invoice date for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the products are unaltered, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition.

Returns must include all original documents and bonus items included with the product. Items not returned with all original packaging and bonus items, or items that are incomplete or returned after the 14-day period, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be accepted at our discretion.
Bullion Items

Bullion items, including but not limited to ungraded legal tender coins and precious metal bars, are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and only eligible for exchanges in the case of manufacturer's defects. These items are clearly marked as "bullion" or "final sale" at the time of purchase.

In the event of a manufacturer's defect, bullion items may be exchanged for the same item if available, at our sole discretion.
