    Currently, SA Gold Markets only ships within South Africa to ensure the security and prompt delivery of your high-value investments. This focus on domestic shipping allows us to offer enhanced security features and swift, reliable delivery timelines.

    You can make changes to your order before it is dispatched by contacting our customer service team as soon as possible. Please provide your order details and the changes you wish to make. Note that once an order is dispatched, changes cannot be made.

    Our return policy varies by the type of product: Non-Bullion Items: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty. Bullion Items: Due to the fluctuating value of bullion, these items are considered final sale upon purchase and are not returnable or cancellable. Exchanges may be offered in the case of manufacturer defects.
