At SA Gold Markets, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. While we hope you are delighted with your order, we understand that there may be occasions where you need to return an item. Our refund policy is designed to be transparent and straightforward.

Eligibility for Returns

Non-Bullion Items

  • You are entitled to return any non-bullion item purchased from us within 14 days of the invoice date for a full refund of the purchase price, provided the products are unaltered, in their original packaging, and in a saleable condition.

  • Returns must include all original documents and bonus items included with the product. Items not returned with all original packaging and bonus items, or items that are incomplete or returned after the 14-day period, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee or may not be accepted at our discretion.

Bullion Items

  • Bullion items, including but not limited to ungraded legal tender coins and precious metal bars, are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and only eligible for exchanges in the case of manufacturer's defects. These items are clearly marked as "bullion" or "final sale" at the time of purchase.

  • In the event of a manufacturer's defect, bullion items may be exchanged for the same item if available, at our sole discretion.

Process for Returns

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service during office hours with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process and provide specific instructions based on the type of item you wish to return.

Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect upon arrival, in which case SA Gold Markets will cover these costs.

Processing Time for Refunds

Refunds for non-bullion items are processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
